Rangers v Auxerre
Hi guys
I'm interested to see how you think we will get on against Auxerre in the UEFA Cup?
To be honest, I don't really watch any french football, but I obviously know that Auxerre are a very good team. With Le Guen's knowledge, do you think we can beat them?

Re: Rangers v Auxerre
As a Ranger's fan and a french football fan , I've seen both Auxerre and Rangers , I think Rangers can win , but Auxerre can do it to when they play well , but for me Rangers' game is far better
Re: Rangers v Auxerre
I see Auxerre aren't doing too well in Ligue 1. I would hope that Le Guen, knowing French football, can help beat them.
By the way, Nantes are not doing too well are they?!

Re: Rangers v Auxerre
No they aren't [tri], as for Auxerre they aren't doing well at this time , but the problem with this team is that they can do verry well any time , even against a big team , so Rangers must remain being waryBroonster a écrit:I see Auxerre aren't doing too well in Ligue 1. Re: Rangers v Auxerre
I'm out of touch with french football (sorry!) but I also see that Monaco are 3rd from bottom of Ligue 1! :epoustoufle:
Same can be said about Rangers, as Auxerre: one day they can be very poor, then the next they can be very good. Although this season we haven't had much to cheer about - yet!

You can't compare Kilmarnock or Inverness to Lens or Sochaux

Exactly. Rangers would be lower down than just 3rd if we were in Ligue 1 - we would be 20th!
