Arena win counting as a loss

Got Disconnected from my match during match-making process. I later reconnected quickly enough for the mulligan phase. I managed to win the match and immediately after winning my arena win counted as a loss and my prize was collected. I was 2-2 prior to the match and after winning I took at 2-3 prize and had my run ended. What's the deal with this
